Description
Fantastically fresh cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from the current November 2024 harvest! This oil is their first of their 2024 crop.
Expect a green oil with a peppery punch and grassy flavour. It has a fantastically low acidity of ~0.25%, due to it being early harvest "agourelleo" olive oil, and with a polyphenol count of ~540mg/kg, thanks in part to the long dry summer.
